Well, things have finally begun to fall into place to begin recording!

Last month I was offered the use of recording equipment from two different groups, and have finished the final edits of the songs I've chosen for my first CD. I am now just working on getting the music all written out and ready for my musicians.

This project is especially close to my heart because I will be dedicating this CD to the memory of Duane Kraaikamp. He was the Worship Leader at my church, and mentored me in this area from the time I was 12 years old. Before he went home to see his savior I told him I was going to record my songs for him, and it is with great love in my heart that I am doing this--for Duane. My desire is to live and lead in the way that he did, in humility and for the glory of God.
